Welcome to SPITI365 ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service explain how you may use the SPITI365 platform and services. SPITI365 is an internal real estate management platform that helps the SPITI365 team manage property appointments, client callbacks, and team scheduling through Google Calendar integration and voice bot automation.

By accessing or using SPITI365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SPITI365 is an internal business platform that enables our team to:

Manage property viewing appointments through Google Calendar integration
Schedule and track client callbacks from voice interactions
Coordinate team schedules and availability
Automate call handling through voice bot integration
Post property content to social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication, Google Calendar API for scheduling, and social media APIs for content distribution.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Be an authorized SPITI365 employee or team member
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may register using Google OAuth or email/password authentication. Account access is granted by SPITI365 administrators only.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Share confidential client information with unauthorized parties
Access accounts or data belonging to other users without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the platform for personal or non-business purposes
Misrepresent property information to clients

5. Third-Party Service Integration

By using SPITI365, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of our integrated third-party services:

Google OAuth: Used for secure authentication
Google Calendar API: Manages appointments and scheduling
Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Social media content posting
TikTok API: Social media content posting
Twilio: Voice call handling and automation

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

6. Data Ownership and Usage Rights

Company Data: All business data, client information, and property listings created through the platform belong to SPITI365.

Your Usage: As an authorized user, you are granted limited access to use the platform for business purposes only. This access may be revoked at any time.

We do not claim ownership of your personal account data and will not use it for purposes outside of providing our services.

7. GDPR and Privacy Compliance

As a user of SPITI365, you are responsible for:

Handling client data in accordance with GDPR requirements
Obtaining proper consent when collecting client information
Honoring client requests for data deletion or access
Maintaining confidentiality of all business information

We provide tools to help with compliance, but ultimate responsibility rests with you as the data handler for client interactions.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:

100% uptime or uninterrupted service
Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Availability of third-party integrations
Data backup or recovery in all circumstances

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The SPITI365 platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPITI365 shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from third-party service failures
Missed appointments or scheduling errors
Social media posting failures or delays

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SPITI365 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

Account access may be terminated:

By You: By contacting your administrator
By Us: For violation of terms, end of employment, or at company discretion

Upon termination, your access will be suspended, and personal data may be deleted according to our retention policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
